I'm an idiot. He claims he went to UC Davis which is ranked in the top 60 of schools. But he doesn't respond to anything so it belies the claim of his education level

Branson isn't a fool so why did he say this? This may not be incorrect, technically, but the question is how long would these jobs exist?
