Let's examine the pathology here... Wealthy individuals are not generally this way because of some quirk of fate... some fortunate turn of events... luck of the draw, or what have you... they are (generally speaking) wealthy because they possess an attribute their less-wealthy counterparts don't possess. I have defined conservatism here and it doesn't mean what you think it means.

Conservatism's goal is to maintain the status quo, the feudal system of serfs and lords, governing by aristocracy.
That is all it stands for. It is NOT about conserving money. All humans are born conservative, like a squirrel conserves nuts.

In fact liberals are far more finacialy conservative than "conservatives". Almost every belief you have is wrong, Dixie. You are that confused.
