I can find nothing stating that Deutsche Bank is denying having received a subpoena related to the Trump affair. The only ones denying it are Trump's atty., Spokesliar Sanders, and Fox News.

?? It does nothing to my "premise," whatever you think that is. I am merely reporting on what the WSJ stated in the article I linked to. There's no offense or defense; merely a statement echoed from an article.

Jay Sekulow, one of Trump’s personal lawyers, said Deutsche Bank has not received any subpoena for financial records relating to the president as part of Mueller’s probe.

“We have confirmed that the news reports that the Special Counsel had subpoenaed financial records relating to the president are false,” Sekulow told Reuters in a statement. “No subpoena has been issued or received. We have confirmed this with the bank and other sources.”

He later said the bank in question was Deutsche Bank. A spokesman for Mueller declined to comment.

In other words, they are not denying subpoenas have been issued.

I think that this is another example of the media going too far, too fast. And we don't see it going in that direction.
