Why would they show "calm" moments?

If someone is on trial for armed robbery - are they going to show footage in court of the accused grabbing coffee before the robbery....or footage of the actual robbery?

Wow, a whole 120? Out of the thousands that were committing violence and destruction across the country? There've been over 900 arrests, with 300+ convictions so far with Jan 6th, despite far fewer people being involved than there were with the BLM violence.

Thanks for proving that you lied. Is 120 convictions more than a few? Are people "quickly released" if they are in jail after being convicted of a crime? Your original statement was a lie. Those 120 I referenced were the ones charged with federal crimes and don't include any of those charged or convicted of local crimes.

Of the over 900 arrested for Jan 6th the majority of them were quickly released after their arrest. Of those 300 convictions the majority of them were quickly released with no jail time, only probation and financial penalties of $2,000 or less.

Your evidence that thousands were involved in actual violence in the protests you assert are BLM violence is where? Didn't Trump claim there were over a million people there to hear him speak on Jan 6th. Most of them went to the Capitol grounds.
Entering the US Capitol on Jan 6th was a crime. Protesting on the streets is not a crime.

Then surely you can post those videos here that reveal thousands doing violent things. The number that committed arson and other violent crimes probably numbers in the hundreds if even that. 120 were convicted of federal crimes. More than that have been convicted of local crimes.

Yes? and? It wasn't illegal for them to listen to Trump. It was illegal for them to walk to the Capitol since they didn't have a permit to do so. Most of those that simply walked to the Capitol were not arrested. Most of those that illegally crossed the police lines unto the Capitol grounds weren't arrested. We are seeing a similar pattern here where protesting on the street doesn't result in criminal charges. The difference is in the case of the George Floyd protests people were arrested for being on the street and then quickly released because there was no crime to charge them with. On Jan 6th, no one has been arrested for simply protesting on the street.

Thousands didn't do those things. The interesting part of those charged is no one charged with doing such things was a BLM member. Many of them were actually RW agitators. In a lot of cases the crimes were local crimes and not federal crimes. Local crimes were also charged which further refutes your arguments that
