Apples to rutabagas. Griner committed a drug crime in Russia and was arrested for it. To the Russians she was a criminal and by their laws got sentenced to prison for her crime. The Taliban / government officials in Afghanistan was a prisoner exchange in an ongoing war. Biden traded the world's leading criminal arms dealer, a Russian that the Russian government likely will now use to help import more weapons, for a low-level nobody who committed a nothing drug crime.

There's no comparison between the two.
