Republicans don't love or trust America anymore

They don't trust our institutions, our elections, the media or our system. They see a conspiracy or "deep state" operative around every corner. They no longer see this country as working for their interests or protecting them.

They see the state as the enemy.

There are a lot of reasons for this. For some, it goes back to Ruby Ridge & Waco. For others, it's just that their guy - who they thought was unbeatable - lost. Subconsciously, I think many understand that changing demographics will make it harder to win elections without moderating or compromising. Consciously, they refer some of that to "replacement theory."

It's not sustainable for a country to have at least a third and as many as half of its citizens feel this way. So, we have to figure it out, and fix it. It's too easy to just dismiss these concerns and call them nutters, but the fear they have is real.

You are making grandiose statements about tens of millions of people whom you have never even met.

Not cool.

And hardly scientific.

Twitter is a private company, they have their own rules and regs. If you dont like it, tough shit.
By doing this,Twitter has effectively lost 47.203 protection. They can be sued for their actions.
No one forces you to post on social media, cunt. If your not happy, dont.
The government has no authority to conduct surveillance to censor by political party, or to fly, or much of any other reason. Surveillance on citizens is very restricted. See the Constitution of the United States.
As to 1/6 , you think its just fine and dandy to break into any building you want at any time, and threaten the lives of public officials. Not much different from minorities rioting and breaking into buildings.
They were let in. No one threatened the lives of any public official. On the other hand, you conveniently forget the looting, burning, and pillaging of American cities by Antifa and BLM, both mobs funded and supported by Democrats.

Feeling has always been there, what has happened is that the right wing media, for political purposes, has found a way, going back to AM radio in the 1980’s, and since expanding it thru TV and social media, to channel and spread the anger. It is a major component of Trump’s schtick, pimp the alienation and bitterness, provide easy answers and scapegoats, again for personal political ends

The anger is caused by Democrats. You have only yourselves to blame for it.

I just knew you couldn't post even a sentence without lying

"Nuh uh" isn't a valid rebuttal you laughable faggot, every statement is 100% factual, we have the white house press secretary on tape demanding more social media censorship, Eric Snowden proved Operation PRISM was spying on millions of Americans, the warrant on Carter Page used to spy on the Trump campaign and administration was falsely predicated as FBI Agent Clinesmith altered documents from the CIA saying that Page was an asset to Page was not not to mention the Steele dossier that they knew was 100% fiction from the actual source of the false information.

Are you denying that there are still hundreds of January 6th protesters rotting in jail with no bail or trial? Tell that to Jeremy Brown whose rotting in Pinellas County jail for refusing to be their informant and taping their attempts to turn them and releasing them to the press. What's really funny about that is that while Brown a decorated Special Operator is being denied his Constitutional rights an antifa terrorist who was caught at a pro-Brown protest with explosives was released on his own recognizance and had the charges dropped. This isn't America it's a third world authoritarian banana republic, go goosestep off a fucking cliff.

Only a moron and/or mentally disturbed person could believe in this Failed Elite Class which has so profoundly betrayed us, and guided America to ruin.

White grievance rubes

The Party of White Grievance Has Never Cared About Democracy

Viewed through the lens of history, however, none of this is new. The hard truth is that whichever United States political party has been most rooted in the fears, anxieties, and resentments of white people has never cared much about democracy or the Constitution designed to preserve it. Those who do want to make America a multi-racial democracy must face this fact with clear eyes and stiff spines to repel the ever-escalating threats to the nation’s most cherished institutions and values.

The Pres.MORON ADM. HOUSE POLITBURO, DOJ/FBI ARE NOT "AMERICA".

QUITE THE OPPOSITE.

Let me correct you on something right away. It is not fear we have,.....it is hatred. Hatred for what has been done to our beloved nation and institutions.

Fair. I'm sure that's it for many - though fear is in there too, without doubt.

It's interesting how perspective is. I don't have hate - but I have dismay for what Trump and his supporters have done to this country. Just looking at our elections alone - they'll never have integrity again, because he's a sore loser. But the list is long w/ that group. Trump re-invented reality. People just make up their own facts now. It's hard to see how we ever recover from that.

We felt this way long before Trump ever got involved in politics. Decades before actually. I would explain it to you but it would be a fruitless waste of time. You wouldnt or couldnt possibly understand.

Do you ever feel like you're blowing whatever it is way out of proportion?

Another way to ask that - what can't you do that you want to do? We live more free and prosperous lives than 99.9% of people who ever lived on this planet, and certainly have more opportunity. Why do you see things as so terrible?

You are a bit younger so you never got to experience what we experienced. It is harder for you to understand never having actually lived it. Heres the thing,.......Most of us who feel the way we do are at least in our 50's , like myself. At that age there really is nothing the LW or socialists can do to us,....we are quite set. Considering those facts,.....the frustrating part is we are not fighting for ourselves, like I said,...we are set. We are actually fighting for YOU! We fight for the younger people who never got to live the life we lived. Who never had the chance. We dont have to do this, believe you me,... but we choose to,....we do it because we actually care. We dont want American exceptionalism and prosperity to end with us,.....we want you to get your slice too and pay it forward. This is how it has always been done. A better life then those before you. Not worse like it is now. Just the truth......

That should be repukes who have sold their souls to the devil and foreign enemies as in a smut party of sedition and that goes for its Faux media trolling type networks too, insurrection, moral rot, treason and other un-American atrocities on the taxpayer dime. As a result of this repuke atrocity on humanity, to which the real America should never trust repukes but engage repukes in certain extraordinary ways to offset their war on democracy, society and the common decency of humanity on Earth, and who are ultimately offensive towards God's people.

But it's accurate.
Okay.
Where is your link that scientifically proves that all of the right feels the way you are assuming?
MAGA morons/the far right do not make up the entire right.

And the point of the OP is that it's better to understand the other side than dismiss & marginalize them.

The point of the OP - as I see it - is you making grandiose assumptions about tens of millions of people that you have never even met.
I think that is dangerous.

Neither side is going to get anywhere so long as they make sweeping assumptions about the entirety of 'the other side'.
