The defenders of Obamunism didn't take long to find a way to label Bundy a racist.

Of course, we must ignore the truths regarding Government dependency and the massive disaster of black inner city youth living in fatherless slums dying young and living useless lives of crime because Bundy provides a convenient distraction from Obamas failure and the failures of !iberal Progressive ideologues.

Yes, Bundy isn't too smart, but he certainly is aware of how screwed up our society has become. He's about to learn another lesson; how a leftist media devoted to this administrations efforts to enslave everyone into Government dependency can use the power of the pen to destroy anyone who doesn't pray at the alter of BIG Government Progressive Liberalism; after all, with Liberal Fascists, you're either with them, or you're a domestic terrorist.

Okay, here is something the Government did wrong. Requiring protesters to remain in "free speech zones" is clearly unconstitutional. The entire nation is a Free Speech Zone.

There are some caveats here, the owner of private property is under no obligation to allow free speech and could, if she chooses, set up free speech zones on her property. In some circumstances the Government would be allowed to prohibit free speech on land it owns, for example when we were protesting the launching of certain military missiles at NASA, the government was right to prohibit us from being in dangerous launch areas.

Now, just because the government did do something wrong in the multitude of things done during this situation, that does not mean Cliven Bundy is correct in his actions. It does not mean that the government did/does not have a right to remove the cattle. It does not mean the this man has a right to government subsidy for his cattle business.

The Fed can send anyone they want onto its own land. The feds did not send stormtroopers to remove cows, but they are within their rights to do so, had they chosen to.
