The bill, titled "Defend Our Borders from Armed Invaders Act," was introduced by freshman Rep. Morgan Luttrell, R-Texas, and has been referred to the Committee on Armed Services.

The legislation, if passed, would authorize the National Guard to take "such actions as may be necessary to repel persons attempting to enter the United States from Mexico who are carrying weapons, and for other purposes," according to a description of the bill. ...

Marcus Luttrell's twin brother Rep. Morgan Luttrell, former Seal, has introduced a bill that would allow lethal force against armed cartel invaders. For those who only watch CNN and MSNBS we have photos of cartel coyotes coming across carrying assault style rifles. We need to shoot them to send a message. I agree blow their heads off. Entering the US armed is a serious offense. Our CBP and National Guard are risking their lives and need to be defended.
