Numbers one and two are a contradiction.

Yes, the GOP has become less conservative; but the TP was a reaction to the GOP's slide toward liberalism.

They do not contradict each other, Conservatives are not Baggers. I am sure the Tea Part would like us all to believe they are the same, but the differences are enormous. As 41 has shown.
