Repeal or replace?

you Nazis are paying off providers to give expensive and ineffective solutions, because you are depopulaters and abusers at your very core.

sorry if the truth burns your demonic Satan skin.

new prices will be discovered as insurance companies and their greed are cut out.

what is your suggestion for any of this?
Huh? There is zero evidence hospitals and doctors will "discover new prices" if insurance companies are bankrupted. They've managed to raise them, they're not giving up the golden goose now.

You must be a single payer fan because that's where your ideas will take us.

I'm not a single payer fan.

I'm a fee for service fan.

fee for service and people shopping on a per procedure or per pill basis will discover prices.

you must not understand free market basics, ey fascist fuckface?

We ain't talking about an Rx or an ultrasound. I'm talking about a 6-7 digit bill for medical services. THAT is what can't be paid by most people. And you have zero answers for that.

I do have an answer.

remove insurance companies from the equation and allow more direct price discovery.

prices will have to come down, or there's just no healthcare anymore.

I started a thread on this. Dumbest idea ever.

Has nothing to do with me. Explain how your "fee for service" model will work with 6 and 7 digit hospital bills.

You can't.

It works the same as buying any other service does. The customer negotiates with the service provider.

6-and 7-digit hospital bills are only real on paper; insurance companies claw most of it back in closed-door deals andt the system stays insane because nobody ever sees the real price upfront..
