Well, it depends on who you ask, but the general list is:
Restore the EO on schedule F employees in civil service and see them terminated. That is, get rid of low performance middle and upper management who have been shielded from firing by civil service rules complexity. Left leaning sites claim this is to allow Trump to install his handpicked minions, but as this involves thousands of civil service employees most of whom are selected through internal agency promotion or by normal civil service hiring, that seems hysteric on their part.
End to the extent possible dependence on Chinese manufacturing, etc.
Secure the US border and to the extent possible end new illegal entry while deporting as many illegals as possible now in the country.
Restore police funding
Provide major tax incentives (read as decrease taxes) to encourage US based manufacturing and business
Dump the Green / Climate Change agenda
On Chinese disease, end all or almost all government involvement and "Return to normal."
Dump hundreds, possibly thousands, of existing federal bureaucracy regulations and minimize new ones
