Hopefully they are using it as part of an investigation and will release it after they are done. I really want to be wrong, and to believe that this is the only former middle school principal who doesn't know how fire alarms work, but I believe I will be disappointed.

I would not. Chief reason amongst just his denial it was dumb mistake is that I would need proof beyond a reasonable doubt that he knew the alarm in one building would ring in a completely separate building.

Do you understand why Prosecutors do not just look and say 'one group is convinced' when they need all 12 jurors to agree there is no doubt?

What is clear is that the sign is fictional.

Here is the actual image, without additional crap covering stuff and the pretend sign. Note that there is nothing propped on the sign warning that the door is locked saying anything about emergency exits and giving instruction to push on the emergency exit bar for 3 seconds as there is no emergency exit bar... nor is there any sign propped on the bar you push to open the door when it is not locked.

Also note that the emergency exit bar that exists on emergency exists is not there, that is because this door is not an emergency exit.

A reasonable adult of average intelligence can believe Trump's ukraine call was extortion but that is NOT ENOUGH typically for a jury as you need 100% of the people to not have any reasonable doubt.

If Jamal simply says 'I had no clue that the alarm in this building would trigger the alarm in the other', how can a reasonable not have doubt. What facts would they use to determine he was lying?



And i know what you would say which is 'I am really, really, REALLY convinced' but that IS NOT, what prosecutors base cases on.

His intent was obvious, delay the vote.
