You have 1000 people voting on something. 900 of them are mouth-breathing, 8th grade education, marginally employable, know-nothings that have no stand to gain from a successful vote, and the other 100 are highly educated, skilled, and successful persons who stand to gain nothing from said vote. Should be trust the judgement of the likely outcome of that vote?
