Explain how Kimmel’s timeout has anything to do with free speech. Anything. Was he arrested or killed? Has he been told he can’t say what he wants? I haven’t heard that. Are there rules stopping him from speaking truth to power? Does the Constitution protect your right to say or do whatever you want at your job?
