Remember when Republicans hated Obama for issuing executive orders?now your man Trump is issuing unconstitutional executive orders regarding immigration, you'll love it. You've been duped. Trump is not going to be able to accomplish anything, because he doesn't understand he must have Congress.
 
Remember when Obama was stopped 13 times by the Supreme Court for his abuse of exe. orders ? Unanimously

The would be Emperor shot down in flames.....

you do realize that the only orders he's issued have been to reverse the orders Obama issued, right?.......remember when Obama issued the executive order increasing the number of refugees we would accept.....

Trump is not going to be able to accomplish anything, because he doesn't understand he must have Congress.

Hardly the case. Some left wing loon on the left coast has opined....but, that will be over turned in short order. And the majority of the constitutional proponents still hate the marxist ideologies demonstrated by barry soetoro....if not...Mr. Trump would not be in the White House...still getting the sky is falling ideology form the lunatic left. What's your point?

Everything the left has attempted to discredit the Commander in Chief....has worked thus far..no? LMAO....what would makes anyone think this loony opinion from the left coast will stick? It was more than expected. Its about time we have someone in the White House that calls these loons out directly. Have you not seen the President's tweets...concerning this moron's ruling? Priceless. Does this idiot not know just who holds the fate of his career in his hands? The Senate and Congress. Judges are subject to review and impeachment.

Well something we should make clear is that the GOP critics of Obama tried to sell the lie that executive orders/proclamations are unconstitutional. This is untrue. A President is well within his rights to issue orders or proclamations as long as they statutory standing in enforcing or implementing existing law and have constitutional validity.

If a Presidents EO or proclamation lacks either than the public has the remedy of filing suit in court. The court can overturn a Presidential EO if it lacks statutory standing or constitutionality.

In this particular case it appears that the Trump Administration did not adequately define its statutory basis for the EO and it appears that the order may include an unconstitutional religious test. In which case the courts are with in their rights as an independent branch of government to halt said Presidential E.O.

To me the irony (and hypocrisy) of the wingnut faction who cried and wet their panties that a Black President was playing King by issuing an EO. Now that the shoe is on the other foot they have no problems with EOs but are pissing themselves in rage cause they incompetently and ineptly rolled this one out and are now outraged that the judicial branch is actually doing its job.

I have no doubt some moron will start screaming "Judicial Activism!".

That would be our cue to start laughing. :)

Obama, before issuing his EO on immigration, said multiple times he didn't have the power to do so. In other words, the one issuing it said he had no constitutional authority to do what he eventually did. While the courts can remedy such a situation, it doesn't explain why someone supposedly knowledgeable in the Constitution would do something even he said wasn't within his authority under the Constitution.

And guess what? The courts can over rule that too. Meaning our Constitution and its balance of power works. So quit crying.

I see you missed the part about someone supposedly knowledgeable about the Constitution doing something even he said wasn't within his authority. Quit kissing his ass. He blatantly did something even he said he had no power to do yet still did it. Rather than calling him on it, you ass lickers continue to pucker up.

Why don't you also post his Presidential Memoranda number? They carry the same legal force as executive orders. :)

Trump signed 18 executive orders and memos in his first 12 days, while Barack Obama signed 19 in his first 12 days. apples to apples :)

If Reagan issued 100 executive orders, each renaming a federal building in Washington D.C., that has about as much affect on my life as someone naming their child "North West". It's NOT about the number of executive orders, but rather the content of them... So to answer the original question, No... I do not remember when Republicans hated Obama for issuing executive orders (strawman argument), I remember them hating the content of some of his orders.
