Remember when Presidents were helpful and rose above politics

I don't know, and neither do you, anchovies, because there's no such thing as a "class 5 hurricane". The island is Puerto Rico, anchovies. You're full of stupidity.

Get your mommy to read the big words to you, anchovies.

BTW, Maria was a Category 4 when it made landfall, anchovies.

Why must you lie, anchovies?

And that's it? Nothing to offer on content, just the Sister Mary Stigmata deflection?

Says it all

100% mentally unfit for the job.

I mean, can you imagine if Obama said that Republicans were telling people to be "nasty" to him? The righties said he was whining every day as it is.

Trump has a host of problematic mental issues, but if the "thin skinned" thing was all he had, it would still be an almost insurmountable flaw. It is too easy to distract this man from real issues. He takes nearly everything as a personal attack, and obsesses over it for an unhealthy amount of time.

<snip> He takes nearly everything as a personal attack, and obsesses over it for an unhealthy amount of time.

Surprisingly, that actually describes some rightwing posters I have had displeasure of running across.

The fact that the alleged leader of the free world is so thin skinned, petty, and vindictive is a Category Five crises for our great nation.

It was disturbing to see some of those posters defend Trump's reaction to the San Juan mayor by basically bragging that "when attacked, Trump hits back twice as hard!"

Talk about completely losing perspective.

So now your telling us every time a natural disaster hit anywhere whoever was President took the opportunity to play politics with the disaster? Not true of any of the Presidents I've lived thru, show us a couple of examples to support your claim And the second part is even more absurd, week one of the NFL season less than six players took a knee, Kap was out of the league, and it was a dead issue if an issue at all. Enter the President, needing a diversion from his disasterous week, makes it an issue, mixing race and patriotism on the right is a always a winner. The President created the controversy, you really have to be drunk on kool aid not to see it

I'm not "telling us" anything, anchovies. Let me show you exactly what was said, anchovies. Try to follow along, anchovies.

Your thread title, anchovies: Remember when Presidents were helpful and rose above politics

I answered your question, anchovies, and then I asked you a question in turn, anchovies:
No, anchovies, I don't remember a time when presidents rose above politics. Do you?

That's not a claim, anchovies. It's a statement answering your question, followed by a question addressed to Y O U, anchovies.

Answer, anchovies. Since you said that you "lived thru (sic) 'presidents, cite the presidents you "lived thru (sic)" who "rose above politics", anchovies.

List their names, anchovies. Do it, anchovies. Do it now, anchovies. Or you can admit that you have no such list, anchovies.

Let's address the body of your screeching screed, anchovies:
and everything else to encourage and offer hope to people caught in a natural disaster? Seems now we got a leader of the Nation who finds it more important to take time to fabricate phony issues and launch personal political attacks against others, not quite Jeffersonian

The rest of your screeching screed is spurious unless you can prove it, anchovies. That's not a claim either, anchovies. That's a fact, anchovies.

Can you prove it, anchovies?

Answer, anchovies.

As to the rest of your screeching screed, you keep claiming there's a fabrication of "phony issues". Where's your proof? Nut up and put up. I'll understand if you can't.

That's not a claim, either, anchovies. It's a challenge to Y O U, anchovies, to prove the claim Y O U made, anchovies - that "we got a leader of the Nation who finds it more important to take time to fabricate phony issues".

Produce your proof, confess that you are speculating baselessly, or admit that you have no evidence, anchovies.

Do it now, anchovies.

Answer, anchovies.

Oh, once again, anchovies:

Watch and learn, anchovies.

Do it, anchovies.

Do it now, anchovies.

Poor Thingy. Him's disturbed. Need a tissue?

I doubt that you consider our nation great, liberal, so spare me your moralistic faux concerns for Trump's impact on America.

Then you're naïve. He always does that. Move on.

Your "content", anchovies, is full of egregious errors. I addressed those errors, anchovies. Are you expecting a participation award, anchovies?

If so, try the Special Olympics, anchovies. I will be glad to assure the organizers that you are entitle to compete in those games.
