Remember “lock her up,”

I agree, he has a right to be treated like everyone else, let a jury decide. I am all for that, and he might be found legally not guilty.

Im okay with that, I just want it shown that in AMERICA even Trump is subject to the law of the nation.

Ah, so you're just as ignorant and stupid as Nazi Pelosi. That's not how the justice system works dummy. Your innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around.

I fight for justice, I often do not get it. This world is imperfect, but we can still fight for what should be.

Maybe you do and yes rarely people get wants justified in this world. Yes it is but your rabid hatred of trump won't make it happen.

Exactly. He might be found not guilty. I’m ok w that.

You think that’s ignorant?

Believing people have to prove their innocence, that's ignorant. In fact, it really doesn't get much more ignorant than that. Next you'll be telling me January 6th was an insurrection.

No the State has to prove its case. He doesn’t have to participate other than be there.

Then why didn’t Barr indict her idiot?

This is a Socratic fallacy in the form of Begging the question. Neither you, nor I, can adequately answer that question. Most likely, as with other very high ranked officials, it was deemed unnecessary to do so in the face of their no longer being in a position to continue doing some improper activity. That is, it wasn't worth the effort and cost that would be involved.

That doesn't change one iota what she did. That is irrefutable, and exactly as I stated.

In my view, the Hildabeast was sufficiently connected and high enough placed, to avoid criminal prosecution, and there is no other reason involved. Trump on the other hand, is something of an outsider to the establishment and sufficiently hated by it that they aren't hesitating to go after him. Call it selective persecution of an elitist for not being part of the existing system.

any moron with an ounce of intelligence could clearly see that hillary clinton was negligent in her handling of classified emails on her private server. every brainwashed lemming, especially here, divorced themselves from reality by lockstepping with comey over the words 'careless' and 'negligent'.........

I told you then that this would do nothing more except allow the next time to go even further, and the next even further than that.......eventually you will end up with the worst criminals of all running for office and YOU FUCKING ALLOWED IT!!!!!!!!!

Many of us agree about Hillary just as we agree Trump's hiding of classified documents should be prosecuted.

Of course, Hillary's case was politically motivated. Wait, where have I heard that before.....?

Trump was very much part of the system and had been contributing to Democrats for years. He had never held office but he was very establishment.

All true. You know what he wasn't though? A talking pig in a pant suit.

Trump was very much part of the system and had been contributing to Democrats for years. He had never held office but he was very establishment.

But his move to the Right and Republicans, along with him being him in office, put the establishment firmly against him.

He moved toward Populism while the Republican Party claims to be conservative. He moved away from his campaign promises. That is being a RINO.

Add to that all of his lies and that resulted in him not having a plurality of the popular vote in either election. It worked out for him in 2016 but you can't win very often if you don't win the popular vote.
