It has been handed over to the police/prosecutors. It is supposed to be handed by them over to the defense, but it is being slow walked over, which makes me think that it will help the defense. If there is a court case, it will probably be made public as part of that.

Schools do not release security footage. That would be prosecutors, defendants, or just courts. It has been handed over to the prosecution, and now they are required by law to hand it over to the defense.
