There was a study about them having larger reptilian brains. Now how does that happen? When you are pregnant, the stresses of the outside world effect how the baby develops. If you are pregnant during trying times, like war, or just struggling to scrape by, the baby will have more of the reptilian brain development, and basic survival traits. It's basically the opposite during times of peace, and less stress, where development focuses more on other areas.

I don't think so. If Bush1 was behind it he wouldn't have failed. He was equally as experienced and smart as Putin. Bush1 masterminded the first war against Iraq and most Americans are still convinced it was an honourable cause. Americans have a way of ignoring the facts of history.
