They went over the line. Righties are always saying personal stuff that is completely uncalled for.

Just as an fyi to them, what Jarod was doing with his comment was calling attention to gendered language. That's a feminist issue, and good for him. The use of that word serves to demean the act, and therefore, demean the person who performs that act, which is usually a woman, and of course, homosexual men.

So when he says there's nothing wrong with the act, he is attempting to take the demeaning connotation from the word and the act. And he is right.

Jarod really wishes he was doing that with his comment. What Jarod was really doing was repeating what he saw on a poster or bumpersticker earlier in the day. He thought it was clever, so he posted it here.

Sounds like what Poet has professed; but the difference is he claims to be "somewhat married" to a man.
Not that there's anything wrong with that. :)
