We could do that, but really the video being "classified" seems like a coverup after showing the videos of bombing the crap out of banana-boats full of drugs. Actually...not giving pardons to convicted drug traffickers would be a much stronger step toward stopping them...than blowing boats that cannot reach the US out of international waters.
It’s a huge stretch of the word weapon. The goat of the drug runner is not to harm but to make money. This is not a weapon or a war.
In this instance, even if the drugs are the weapon, they are rendered unusable by the situation. They are floating in the ocean 80 miles from shore. The proper protocol would have been rescue and confiscation.
