It was a mistake to not only release the information, but to tell anyone we raided the place. It was also a mistake to not take him alive.

I think letting out the information regarding that we raided the compound and that Bin Laden is dead is appropriate; but I would have held back that we found anything of substance.

If they killed him, a lot of info died with him that could have gone a long way in saving lives.

Oh, and it's ok to shoot an unarmed mass murdering terrorist in the head that has much more in his head than in his records found at the raid, but it's not ok to waterboard them.
