It shouldn't be too tough to cook Anything when you've only got 24 max in the restaurant at any time....especially after 10 years of practice....sigh....Well. Maybe this time shut down will give someone in that kitchen a chance to learn the basics at least of cooking seafood. Come on people, this is the real damn tragedy here!!
