damn. It's interesting how different polls say different things.

Having almost record highs for likely voters doesn't seem all that bad for trump. Perhaps lazy lever pulling americans that don't vote don't like him, but among likely voters they sure are liking what's going on. Especially when you take this into account with the recent quinipiac poll that says a majority of voters approve of the "muslim ban"

:tsuke:

even economist has it at +6 from last time they did it. NBC the last time they bothered to do it had 37. Looking at the last year or two the highest Obama had was 35.

Lol. Not according to an aggregate of pollsters. And I don't know when you last looked at the Economist but as of last week it was 29% right direction, 55% wrong direction.

http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/other/direction_of_country-902.html

the vast majority of those polls are before he was even in office over a span of weeks. since being in it's just been up and up for him. From 22 to 29 to 47.

Secondly take a look at the sample column. You see how most say "A" and some say "RV" and then the one at the top says "LV? those are 3 distinct samples, with "A" being polls of all americans, "RV" being registered voters, and "LV" being likely voters. Polls of all americans skew very liberal and polls of registered voters skew a bit liberal. (with regards to painting a picture of the electoral landscape) the reason for this is because there are a lot of poor liberals that can't get time off from work, live in urbanized areas with fewer polling places, etc. Polls of Americans in particular matter almost dick (electorally speaking) given half of America doesn't even vote. In any case, this is part of the reason why we have such a large spread among the sampled polls at realclearpolitics. THe methodology is different and they all tell different stories. Some polls are talking about American opinion (that wont amount to much), and other polls are talking about the electoral landscape. These are very different things.

lmao I've been explaining polls to you neanderthals all year. Maybe one day you'll learn. This isn't really hard to understand. Polls of likely voters are going to be a different subset than polls of all americans when half of america doesn't vote.

It is incredibly funny that those snowflakes couldn't be arsed to vote are now out on the streets protesting.

Rasmussen is the polling equivalent of Fox media. When they call you to survey they ask three questions before proceeding. The first question: is the earth flat, next they ask if you have ever been taken up in an alien spaceship, and finally they ask if you have seen Bigfoot recently? If you don't answer 'yes' to all three questions they skip over you as you are too bright for a Rasmussen poll. Rasmussen is pure junk, that anyone follows them is a clear indicator of partisan insanity syndrome.

I cannot, no, I guess i can believe people believe Rasmussen, they like fake news are fake polls, and when fake stuff corresponds with your bubble world all is good.

What I find so interesting is the timing, the delayed reaction xenophobia.

During the GWB (R-"TX") administration the U.S. suffered the worst terrorist attack on the U.S. homeland in history.

The every next president elected, a two-termer unlike Bush's father, was Kenyan / American named Barack Hussein Obama.

So then, after an 8 year hitch being relatively free of foreign terrorist attacks, now the paranoia kicks in; even to the reported detriment of our own security.

i love how at the beggining the narrative was that Trump was not fulfilling his promises and now its trump is actually fulfilling his promises. lololol.

It was the same with Hitler. He needed the war to exterminate the Jews.
