Recent Sentences handed out to NON-Violent J6 Trespassers

Pezzola was convicted of assaulting, resisting or impeding certain officers and robbery involving government property.

Here is the indictment of those you said were only trespassing.
Not one was indicted for tresspassing.

How do you think Pezzola got the police shield he used to break the window on the Capitol?

Is it irony that Libhater posts lies?

Libhater is a liar. Barely worth looking at his garbage. Another Trump fascist.

It was lethal. Felony rules apply that if a person commits a felony and someone dies, the felons are responsible for the deaths. In this case, all five of them.

The RWNJs want the US military to act as police. Had Marines been guarding that Capitol that day, there'd be far fewer trials since most of the Trump traitors would be D-E-A-D.

All good points, but in fairness, as a soldier,
I know as a positive fact that you marines are completely psychotic.

That's for taking the big hits. We'll finish up.

So people can break into your trailer, violently assault you and call it "Freedom of Speech", Matt?

The Freedom of Speech aspect of the first Amendment is not what I was referring to, idiot.

They were part of a plot to overthrow an election. That is equivalent to trying to overthrow America. They were lucky it was not worse.

Asking Congress to not certify until there's an investigation into an obviously fraudulent election is not overthrowing it, it's trying to make sure it's legitimate.

Sedition and assault are not free speech.

Petitioning your government for a redress of grievances is part of the first Amendment.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

If you're claiming any laws were broken by people trying to petition their government for a redress of grievances, I'm saying those laws were UnConstitutional.

You choose to ignore the facts.

The election wasn't fraudulent. No thoughtful, educated person thinks that it was.

Storming the US Capitol with intent to overthrow the federal government by force is not a 1st Amendment right.

Nothing of that sort happened. Those people just wanted to be heard by Congress.

Congress really dropped the ball, and I'm not so certain that wasn't organized unbeknownst to them by deception from parties within their ranks or around them.

They are lucky they aren't hung. Obviously, you support treason. You are a traitor to your country, Libhater. Nothing more, nothing less.

Of course it did. Are you really this fucking stupid?

Seditious conspiracy. Guilty. All three.

Dozens (hundreds?) of other convictions, as well.

Yeah, we get it. YOU’RE saying….

LOL

It never ceases to amaze me how you and your fellow Trumptards are on the left side of the Bell Curve on everything.

IQ
Comprehension of the legal system
Constitutional issues
Civil rights legislation
On and on

Not one of you sad fucks even comes close to “average” on any of these. And more.

Dominic Pezzola----10 years

Zachary Rehl-------15 years

Joe Biggs-----------17 years

Mind you, all those sentences were given for NON-VIOLENT trespassing.

For Perspective:

Mohamed Shei was sentenced to 180 days in prison. He raped two girls aged 4 and 9.

And, on an aside to this politically partisan lawless disorder of the Left, I give you this,

Kamala Harris accused Joe Biden of being a RAPIST and a RACIST during her run for the presidency. Of course
Joe was never indicted for anything, especially not for his pay-to-play bribery scheme he has been pulling off
for many years now--most of it happed when he was VEEP.

Despite all this, Kamala now says she's HONORED to be Joe's VICE-PRESIDENT.

Oh, the irony of it all!

What was the prison sentence for the person who murdered that unarmed woman on j6? I cant seem to remember.
