"Rand Paul: Hillary Clinton Guilty Of "Dereliction Of Duty" On Benghazi
SEN. RAND PAUL (R-KY): We've been asking for months to interview those who were there. How can we try to prevent something like this from happening again if we don't exactly know what happened and what went wrong there. The one thing that we do know for certain is that Hillary Clinton when she was asked, 'did you read the cables asking for more security there,' and when she said no that really alarmed me.

The person in charge of the State Department never read any of the cries for help, any of the pleas for help. And then her department denied these requests for enhanced security, and that I think is really a dereliction of duty and should preclude her from holding any kind of position where she’d be in that kind of authority again. So she cant win the Presidency because Rand Paul said so...

I see. Rand Paul has magical powers, just like his father? He's like Chuck Norris?

Seriously if Bush could get himself elected in 04's after what he did in Iraq... Hillary can get herself elected after the relatively miniscule event in Benghazi. This was one of the most myopic posts I've ever seen.

With Dixie gone I was afraid I was going to be unable to tell what was going to happen next, (just pick the opposite of any Dixie prediction) but it looks like I just might have to start paying attention to you for that information.

Huh. The people who wouldn't vote for Hillary STILL outnumber the people who would vote for Rand Paul.

the GOP is scared shitless... eight years of Obama followed by eight years of Hillary... by that time, SCOTUS would be firmly in liberal hands for the next twenty years after that.

Hillary failed, no doubt. Perhaps worse than her failure is the fact that during the hearings she said something to the fact, "oh, let's stop going over plowed ground and move on!" which is absurd, since the entire point of the hearings WAS to go over what had happened, to hopefully find out if there was a systematic problem which needs to be fixed.

Her refusals to acknowledge any kind of personal failure or to lead on finding a way to prevent future such failures, is pretty dismal.

Will this have any impact on her ability to get elected president? Absolutely not. George W. Bush got elected twice. That pretty much answers the question.

It will be interesting, I am about 80% sure she will get the Democratic nomination... if she runs. I'm about 55% sure J. Bush will get the Republican Nomination if he wants it. I don't know but I think, Clinton beats Bush once again...

A Bush has yet to beat a Clinton.

Yeah...one election, quite a trend.....O' Foolish One......

You can bet that that shit head Carl Rove will get some loser on the ballot. Carl Rove has got to be the worst thing for the republicans I've ever seen. He gives Texas a bad name.

Sorry Grind, but I have to disagree with you, the problem is that BenghziGate has never come to a head, the Libs have stonewalled it repeatedly, and the Lib biased Press have gone along with the Obama Administration's refusal to help get to the true facts. The American People want to hear what those Benghazi survivors have to say and I understand that they will be brought before a Congressional hearing on May 8, I believe. There are too many unanswered questions about Benghazi and I am really surprised that you feel that way, maybe in your circles no one gives a sheet, but in mine they do and I do, so we are at loggerheads, as we type.

well of course, there will always be SOME folks who care about Benghazi, just like there are still folks who remain convinced that Obama was born in Kenya... Grind was saying, I think, that the percentage of Americans who DO care about it is so small that it borders on "nobody".

Don't listen to this clown.

He spent the year before the last election telling anyone who would listen that he personally had word that this country's "soccer moms" were going to make sure Obama didn't win a 2nd term...this after his bold prediction in 2007 that he and those self same "soccer moms" were going to ensure that Obama lost to McCain/Palin.
