Note, this is not meant to be an unbiased news broadcast. It is a warning of the dire consequences of the NDAA.

This scared me more than "An Inconvenient Truth". I still have nightmares when I watch "The Tingler" with Vincent Price.

That you think this bill is acceptable shows you to be unamerican and a traitor. That you think the US Constitution should be disposable in a war without a visible enemy and in which there can truly be no end, speaks volumes about your own love of freedom.

You are so quick to surrender your freedoms in exchange for a false promise of a little safety. Truly sad.

Then I'll stand next to Abraham Lincoln who in your opinion was un-American and a traitor.

What a sad defense of your position. Yes, you are a traitor.

I do not condone what Lincoln did, but he did it as part of a bona fide war, which would end and everyone would know it ended. That is certainly not the case here.

I can only hope you suffer the same fate for your treason that Lincoln suffered for his. Anyone willing to toss aside the US Constitution deserves nothing less.

This a reaction to the Occupy Movement and a way to justify locking Americans up for disagreeing with the corporate control of our govt.

It is also a way to introduce the police state or martial law without alarming the population.

People like Aliass don't realize it but we're in deep shit.

I really don't believe it but for once I agree with WinterBorn.

WB- question - Do you believe this is a result of corporate and foreign money influencing govt policy?

I think the money is part of it. The Occupy movement makes the money nervous and the politicians are all bought and paid for (with the possible exception of a very few).

I also think that fear is a great tool that those seeking more power can use. The fear of terrorism has been used to do all sorts of things we never would have dreamed possible 20 years ago.
