Then you and your business associates have become an endangered species. Such is not the way business is perceived or conducted these days. It's a race to the bottom, wage-wise, unions are demonized and job security is nonexistent regardless of a company's vitality.

My business associates and I are constantly aware of prevailing wages and we purposely stay just above them. We pay for and expect top quality work and we get it. Inferior work products or attitudes and you're outta there with 100% blessings from the other employees and their unions. On the other hand we are also very apathetic and sympathetic to the occasional personal problems of our employees. Their demonstrated concerns for me deserve my at least equivalent or hopefully exceeding concerns for them.

The whole point of the AHCA is to EXPAND your choices so you can go to the doctor when needed and treated accordingly. I strongly urge you to stop regurgitating the dreck spewed out be the likes of Drudge or Krauthhammer and actually READ the AHCA. That being said, please tell me what $8K insurance can replace what my parents have, because that's what Romney/Ryan is selling you.

The Obama ad would have been more accurate if it had specified that it was referring to a previous Ryan plan for Medicare rather than the current one. We simply don’t have enough details to know how much extra money seniors might have to pay under the current Ryan plan. Still, the Obama campaign gave itself some wiggle room by saying that the plan "could" raise out-of-pocket costs by more than $6,000. On balance, we rate the statement Mostly True.


Ryan and Romney will wiggle and dance, but they cannot escape the reality of their proposals.
