2) Affirmative Action when taken to the extreme of quotas most certainly IS institutionalized racism.

That is not correct at all, I scored 1rst place in a job advancement test and couldn't get a Job for the state of NJ cause affirmative action said ya needed so many minority's in that position, I was robbed at gun point in Newark NJ cause I was white, although the majority of racism is against those of color it doesn't mean there is none against white males
