Realclearpolitics average is surging... http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2016

Poor Don... sour grapes? Just start accepting reality and stop confusing it with what you really, really hope would be true.

Then there's this lol:

ST. LOUIS, MO (KMOV.com) - If the poll that correctly predicted the outcome of the last three elections is correct this year, a victory for Donald Trump is imminent.

The Investors Business Daily and TechnoMetrica Market Intelligence poll has been the most accurate poll in recent presidential elections, correctly predicting the 2004, 2008 and 2012 election.

In the last IDP/TIPP Presidential Election Tracking Poll before the 2016 election, Donald Trump holds a 2 point lead over Hillary Clinton.

“I hope that we shall crush in its birth the aristocracy of our monied corporations, which dare already to challenge our government to a trial of strength, and bid defiance to the laws of our country.”
~Thomas Jefferson

I'm afraid the aristocracy of the elite rich and their defiance to law is staring you in the face and you can't see it with your head in the sand.....or just deny reality. It couldn't possibly have been exposed any plainer than in the last few months.....

Yeah but Jarod doesn't like that poll so we can't reference it. Jarod writes a blog and everything.

All Trump is, is a monied corporation.

That was kind of my point---the polls are all over the place. Nate Silver wrote about it a couple weeks ago.

My take on it is this isn't a standard election year and some of what was true in the past may not apply tomorrow. People who are sure about the outcome are either blowing smoke or engaging in wishful thinking.

Well...being sure about the outcome, and believing the polls are two different things.

Surely you don't think Trump is going to win?

Granted...voter suppression in NC and Ohio made early voting harder for negroes, but I don't think it will help.

That statement strikes me as odd lol. How does one go about preventing blacks from voting? You put a sign up that says 'whites only'?

That's a surge? Within most polls margin of error
LOL I believe most polls margin of error is +/- 3% so Clintons lead at the national level is inside the margin of error. This is part of why national polls, in a close election, are poor predictors of who will win.

State polling is a different ball game though.

Really? I thought you were up on current events. It's no secret that NC has greatly reduced the early voting hours, and the number of polling places. Wanna guess which districts have a tiny fraction of the usual polling places?

Meh, if people are that easily prevented from voting they aren't exactly hyper motivated to vote.

And how is it that Hillary's vaunted ground game didn't overcome this voter suppression Althea claims exists?

Did the GOP suppress the millennial vote too because they are down substantially as well.

So this is what Althea and GayRod want us to believe.

1) according to CNN analysis of early voting the black vote is down 5% from 2012 in NC
2) according to CNN analysis of early voting in NC millennial voter turnout is down from 2012
3) Romney won NC in 2012 despite Obama smoking him in the early vote
4) Jarod says Hillary is going to win NC

Jarod can you reconcile these sets of facts for me as it seems to be a reality.

Thank you

No, I don't think HRC will win NC.

I don't know about millennials but I have no idea why blacks would be enamored with Hillary---or the democrats. It's become a party of white rich liberals. They care more about global warming than black unemployment.

Basically, with some exceptions.

Virginia is fairly new to the Democratic column as is Florida, North Carolina and Colorado.

How are Florida and North Carolina Blue States half wit? That's about as moronic as claiming that Texas will be a close race for Hitlery. :rofl2:
