They've never had it over 270. This is a lie or a mistake. I've been following it from the beginning and they have not called Biden at over 270 as they are waiting for the recounts, etc. to complete out.

Fine. Let the counts in Arizona (11), Georgia (16) and Pennsylvania (20) be completed. The EC doesn't meet until December 14th so there's no rush.
FWIW, Biden is ahead in all three with 97%+ of the count completed. All Biden needs to win is one of them to put him at or over 270.

In a race to be "first" they become part of the problem rather than a part of a solution. It isn't reporting when you become part of the story, it becomes advocating.
Rudy could very well find himself on the wrong side of a courtroom in 2021. Most probably civil court, but criminal court isn't out of the question.
