Ray Epps These three questions about Epps destroy the entire Fedsurrection lie

Exactly, you have the MAGA militia guy on tape yelling at people to storm the Capitol, and guarantee he wasn’t the only MAGA militiaman that day doing the exact same thing and were also caught on tape, so why weren’t they all arrested?

Show us the video of others inciting people to actually go into the Capitol Building, I'll wait.

I have shown you why he wasn’t arrested, and you have yet to invalidate any of the actual proof I provided that your conspiracy is bullshit:

Buy I have though and you have yet to respond. Once again at the very least why hasn't he been arrested for being on restricted areas of the Capitol Grounds like this woman:

Defenders of Ray Epps contend he has not been arrested because he didn't break the law during the Capitol riot, but a woman caught on video standing next to him is facing up to a year in prison for being in a "restricted area" — something Epps was also filmed doing.

Raechel Genco was seen on video standing just feet away from Epps on Jan. 6 as he whispered into the ear of her boyfriend, Ryan Samsel, who promptly led a mob that stormed a police barricade. But unlike Samsel, the 38-year-old Pennsylvania woman simply stood by. And unlike Epps, Genco was not seen a day earlier encouraging a crowd to enter the Capitol illegally.

Those aren't facts here's an example of your "fact checkers" lies through omission found in several of your links:

"Epps informed us that he was not employed by, working with, or acting at the direction of any law enforcement agency on Jan 5th or 6th or at any other time, & that he has never been an informant for the FBI or any other law enforcement agency."

Even if true and even if under oath the DHS, JTTF, military intelligence, etc are not law enforcement agencies.

Really. Of course if he IS arrested and charged with <mumble blather sniffle blurp>, they'll lose him as a frightful character who's obviously in league with ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶d̶e̶v̶i̶l̶ the Dems.
Why hasn't the FBI arrested the "Tower Commander with bullhorn" he isn't even on the FBI list yet he is a central figure in the riot and can be seen or heard clearly telling the crowd to move forward and enter the Capitol. Yet the FBI isn't even interested in him like they aren't interested in Ray Epps. It interesting and telling that you want Trump jailed for telling the crowd to "Peacefully Protest" but you don't want Epps or Tower Commander arrested for telling the crowd to "go into the Capitol". It's time to be a good American and admit this riot was orchestrated by the FBI. The FBI isn't interested in exposing the conductors Ray Epps and Tower Commander and others.

Wasn’t the only fact,

Present them, C/P your supposed facts, I'll wait
and, you have absolutely nothing, zilch, zero, but a one minute twenty seven second video of the guy supposedly proving he was lying, that’s it, nothing more, than “revolver” and some nobody podcasters bloviating implications without proof otherwise.

Didn’t I say commons sense here previously

Common sense would dictate that if he wasn't working with the government that he would be arrested for at the very least being on restricted areas of the Capitol grounds like dozens of others including this woman:

Defenders of Ray Epps contend he has not been arrested because he didn't break the law during the Capitol riot, but a woman caught on video standing next to him is facing up to a year in prison for being in a "restricted area" — something Epps was also filmed doing.

The ones immediately preceding it did your implication was clear.

He was at the initial breach point you dumb fuck, that was the match that lit the fuse.

Ya those aren't facts they're disinformation. Answer one simple question why hasn't he been arrested for being in a restricted area of Capitol grounds?

Dumb fuck.
Truth!

Did you watch the video and compare it to charges made to people now sitting in jail awaiting trial? As for inciting a riot, I am not a biologist.
The lefties silence on Epps is telling.

You can't incite a riot 24 hours before the riot happens.

Epps didn't enter the Capitol. - Most people charged did so.
Epps didn't attack a police officer - the people sitting in jail for the most part attacked police in some way.

So, maybe you can tell us what statute you think Epps violated.

I agree he wasn't the only one urging protesters into the Capitol, but I'd bet he's the only one so publicly visible from video that hasn't been arrested. Claiming Trump and Giuliani did so is nothing but duplicitous lying. It's also a case of trying to deflect using Whataboutism.

Epps never testified under oath to the Jan 6 committee. It's telling that he supposedly testified behind closed doors in a secret session and that no transcript or video of his testimony has ever surfaced. The committee members themselves won't say anything on the subject and speculation he did testify is just that. The only thing they released was a terse, one-time, statement they had interviewed him (informally says Epps's lawyer--ie., not under oath, etc.). It's as if they were saying We interviewed him. Now STFU and go away. Nothing to see here. That is, they are full of shit. Maybe they could convince skeptics by releasing the video and transcripts of Epps's testimony. Until then, it didn't happen.

So, they interview him and you don't interview him.. But we should believe you who has zero evidence? I think you need to get a tinfoil hat.

He entered a restricted area the day of the riot. A woman named Raechel Genco standing near him was arrested for doing exactly that.

As the Jan. 6 Capitol attack was underway, former President Donald Trump added “fuel to the fire” by blaming the certification of votes on Vice President Mike Pence, further angering the crowd, Rep. Elaine Luria, D-Va., said on July 21 as the House committee investigating the insurrection presented its findings to the public.

Trump had tweeted at 2:24 p.m. on Jan. 6 that Pence “didn’t have the courage to do what should have been done to protect our Country and our Constitution.”

“In almost the same moment [of that tweet], violence was getting completely out of hand,” Luria said.
“Despite knowing the Capitol had been breached and the mob was in the building, President Trump called Mike Pence a coward and placed all the blame on him for not stopping the certification. He put a target on his own vice president’s back.”

Trump is innocent. Go play with your race hustler action figures.

Already did, number of times, none of which you invalidated beyond saying the fact checkers were lying:

https://www.factcheck.org/2022/01/ja...bout-ray-epps/
https://www.politifact.com/article/2...hers-undercut/
https://factcheck.afp.com/doc.afp.com.32CF2ZM

https://apnews.com/article/Fact-chec...s-961838772892
https://www.snopes.com/articles/389126/who-is-ray-epps/

Once again, for the umpteenth time, he wasn’t arrested cause he never actually set foot inside the Capitol, and before you start, show us where none of those other people didn’t enter the building before you start with the “he said, she said”

You haven’t offered anything beyond a one minute twenty seven second video of a MAGA militiaman yelling at people to attack the Capitol, and from this you are implying that he was an FBI agent.

Enough said, if you can’t recognize it all as the disinformation it is you don’t get it, and will never get it

Trump encouraged people to peacefully protest at the Capitol not in the Capitol you lying fucking faggot.
When did Epps urge anyone to be violent at the Capitol? It seems you want to charge Epps for doing exactly what you claimed Trump did.

Let's see that testimony. Where's the transcript? There was never any under oath testimony just an informal interview and only a tweet of the Pelosi Select Kangaroo Committee to prove that even happened.
Where is your evidence that Epps ever worked for the FBI or any law enforcement agency? No one has said Epps worked for the FBI other than RW idiots that believe in conspiracy theories. The Jan 6th committee has stated that they will eventually be releasing the transcripts of all interviews. At that point all your questions will be answered.

Furthernorw the actual released statement was that he didn't work for a "law enforcement agency" and DHS, military intelligence, etc are not law enforcement agencies, the Pelosi Select Kangaroo Committee didn't ask him if he worked for the government because they know the answer and we will too because after the election we are going to set up a real January 6th Committee and these murdering swine from Pelosi on down are going to be exposed.
So you haven't seen a transcript or seen a video of his testimony but you somehow know what questions were asked and what answers were given? Boy, you do like to run around your rabbit hole.

He went into the Capitol and he encouraged others to do the same, why hasn't he been arrested?
Your evidence he went into the Capitol? The only evidence there appears to be is that he entered the grounds along with 5,000 other people that weren't charged with a crime.

Oddly enough Ray Epps is the prominent one on camera encouraging people to go, into the capital on at least two separate days. I have seen none of you alt lefties do anything but run when Ray Epps's name is mentioned. How about you screeching for his arrest? Show some balls unlike the rest of your pack of morons posting above.

I love this, Ray Epps "the prominent one". Ray Epps is only prominent as a creation, and victim, of Internet conspiracists. He's a husband and father who supported Trump, went on Jan. 6 to Washington and got caught up in the web
of disinformation that followed in the wake of that day. There are any number of articles easily accessible to anyone willing to read them that give an account of the misfortune people like the above poster have heaped on him. Also his wife who happens to work, or did work, for a company that has "Dominion" in its name which naturally involved her personally in the great Dominion voting fraud, except that those who publicly alleged the fraud are being sued now for defamation and the company Mrs. Epps worked for has no connection to the voting machine "Dominion". Sadly, these kinds of disclosures do not slow down a conspiracy freight train like "Ray Epps", and
the problem with the availability of actual news sources is that True Believers read what they like to read, if they read at all. So Ray Epps is likely stuck forever in the alternative history of Jan. 6.

He went into the Capitol and incited people to do the same you laughable fuck he's on tape at the police barricades moments before the Breach saying to an associate "when we go in you need to leave this here," "this" being bear mace people have been charged for conspiracy for less.
Where is your evidence of him going into the Capitol? I have seen none. Where is the tape of him saying someone needed to leave their bear mace behind?

We have him on tape whispering to an associate something at the the police barricades AT THE BREACH POINT seconds before they were taken down by the associate he was whispering too, I would love for both he and his associate to be asked under oath what he whispered, but that's the type of question a real investigative committee would be asking not the Pelosi Select Star Chamber.
You have him on video telling someone Dude you need to relax, the police are doing their jobs. Samsel testified to that and it is in court documents. Epps told the same story to the FBI, the Washington Post and the Jan 6 committee.

Defenders of Ray Epps contend he has not been arrested because he didn't break the law during the Capitol riot, but a woman caught on video standing next to him is facing up to a year in prison for being in a "restricted area" — something Epps was also filmed doing.
Please provide us and the FBI with that video.

Perhaps you should see what Samsel testified to before you make an idiot of yourself. Oh.. well making an idiot of yourself seems to be your MO.

[/QUOTE]
It seems even the Washington Examiner is better informed than you are. Genco was charged with entering the Capitol because she was with Samsel. Even though there is no photo of her in the Capitol the indictment says it was probable she did since they lied about her even crossing the barricades.

Agreed about the conspiracy bullshit. The MAGAtes love conspiracy theories. In this one, Ray Epps is the sole cause of 1/6 and, according to their logic, is the only one who should be prosecuted.

Look how fast their "It's really Antifa and BLM in whiteface who attacked the Capitol". Later it became, "It wasn't an attack. It was a tourist visit". Now this wackadoodle theory that Ray Epps is proof 1/6 was all a Liberal plot by Nancy Pelosi. Where were the National Guard like she had for the BLM march? WTF is going on here??? LOL

How long do We, the People, keep letting these nutjobs have the same platform as rational people? Shouldn't there be a rating system, scored via testing, to identify the idiots?

It'd be easier than studying people and identifying the idiots with the wildest and most number of conspiracy theories like Ray Epps, super FBI agent of Liberal Left who single-handedly was able to paint Donald J.* Trump as a POS lying pedo traitor who refused to pardon a single Trumper for 1/6.
