Jarod, she has not said they are putting anything. Here is what she said. Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) on Sunday said she thinks the federal investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election is leading to “the putting together of a case of obstruction of justice.”
“I think what we’re beginning to see is the putting together of a case of obstruction of justice,” Feinstein said on NBC News’ “Meet the Press.”
“I think we see this in the indictments, the four indictments and pleas that have just taken place, and some of the comments that are being made,” she added. “I see it in the hyper-frenetic attitude of the White House: the comments every day, the continual tweets.”
A lot of "I think", yet no concrete actions.

Now how is it that you think Flynn helps Mueller prove obstruction?
As I said, Mueller getting Flynn only on a charge of lying to the FBI is pretty lame.
If Mueller was going to use anything Flynn says to get big charges against Trump, he would have had Flynn cop to the same charge he was going after Trump with or just given Flynn immunity.
It is like having someone who was part of a murder plead guilty to jaywalking in order to get him to testify against others for larger offenses.
If Mueller gets Flynn on the stand and Flynn starts accusing people of all sorts of things, he will get shredded.
So either Mueller has nothing or is incompetent.
Obstruction is the only thing possible. and that would get batted down because of the ambiguity of Trump's remarks
as well as his ability to fire Comey.

If you read between the lines, she’s saying ‘well crap, at least we have Trump on obstruction of justice’. It’s something you’d say when nothing else is panning out in your favor.
