Does it really matter who won as mayor? Once elected, they all steal as much as they can before they get caught.


The city's inspector general's office warned in October that Chicago's annual deficit was effectively more than $1 billion when combining recent budget deficits with the spending increases the city would need to properly fund its pension system.
 
It's a shitty city in a shitty state. I don't care who the mayor is because I can choose to live and visit elsewhere.
 
You have to give it kudos of some sort. In a field of six with some very qualified candidates he dominated and ended any idea of a runoff election.

I'm glad I don't live there, nobody I ever voted for would ever get elected.

I'm glad I don't live there because it is either miserably cold or miserably hot most of the year.
 
I think trying to get the proles of that city to do the right thing would cause them to start hyperventilating. They seriously have no concept of honesty or good. Its like trying to get a crackhead to quit cold turkey.

My point is that with five canidates, its a pretty convencing win to get over 50% of the vote.
