How do you deal with them when some of them are your sworn enemies? (I.e. Not democrats)? Is this board any different than the real world in that we're not individuals but all part of team R or D who are at war almost to the point of wishing death on each other?

My sworn enemies are people who hate other people just because they are other people.

Arabs and black people are not exactly what you'd call friends. There is the question of stolen Kemet history, as well as the horrors of Arab racism they inflict on Africans. That doesn't make them my sworn enemy either, no differently than the legacy of American slavery make white people my enemy.
