Can you explain to us what "incentivizes" them to come here? Could it be jobs? Jobs that pay less than minimum wage but still better than anything they could get where they came from? Jobs where they get paid cash because it's illegal to hire them otherwise? Jobs offered by contractors, roofers, landscaping companies, farmers, meat packing plants, restaurants? Jobs at companies and farms owned by (R) voters?
