I'm old enough to remember the migrant caravans that appeared during Trump's Presidency every year right around election time, but somehow Trump wasn't responsible for those caravans even though he hired plenty of undocumented people from them in the past.

So why is Biden responsible for these migrants, even though he's never hired one, but Trump wasn't responsible for the migrants who came during his Presidency, even though he hired many in the past?
