My friend, christiefan915, AKA Miss Marple, and I have a mutual love for Spain but I do believe that she made a racist comment...it’s unlike her.

She is a fan of Agatha Christie and I am a fan of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle whose literary briefcase, Agatha could not carry.

Miss Marple is a good person but morbidly misguided, politically.

"Hispanic" is a nationality, not a race Mr. Earl. And the comment would be no more racist than if I had criticized a "National Association of WASP Journalists". The criticism is of their willful misinterpretation of the comment, not their nationality.
