Again, not "wit", just ignorance. You can get a breakfast taco pretty much anywhere. Using any type of "taco" to describe Mexican folks is definitely within the normal lexicon of the ignorant, which you and I both know is the cornerstone of racism. It's surprising and unique to Jill... because she's never spent any amount of time with Mexicans in these great United States.

It's not a description. She was talking about diversity.
She ignorantly described someone as "unique as a breakfast taco", someone who happened to be Mexican. That's ignorance, and she definitely needed to apologize (glad she did), and needs to spend some time around a more diverse group of people to dispel some of the ignorance that had her making racial (if not directly racist) comments while thinking she was being "clever".
You're clearly made from the same cloth as the idiots who voted for Brandon even though he flat said someone running for President was the first "clean" and "articulate" person of his "race" to run for that office.
