MEGYN KELLY APOLOGIZES FOR BLACK GUEST WHO CALLED TUCKER CARLSON A ‘BOW-TYING WHITE BOY’

In a tense segment on Megyn Kelly’s “America Live,” Fox News Contributor (and Democrat) Jehmu Greene spun a little out of control when she attacked fellow contributor Tucker Carlson as a “bow-tying white boy” when he called her out for a bad defense of Elizabeth Warren.

So Megyn apologized for someone else's racism...when will she apologize for her own?

Megyn Kelly's Fox News show had quite the ending on Thursday.

Just before she tossed to the next Fox News program, Kelly said that many viewers were interested in seeing her interview Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Elizabeth Warren about how she listed herself as having Native American heritage in law school. Warren, who is currently running against Republican Massachusetts Sen. Scott Brown, said she listed herself as Native American to meet students with similar roots. She criticized Brown's campaign for suggesting that Warren listed herself as a minority in an attempt to get teaching jobs.

Kelly responded to viewers requests and said she would be happy to interview Warren on her show. "She is more than welcome to come on the program and I already know exactly how I would begin it," Kelly said. She then raised her hand and said, "how," mimicking a stereotypical Native American greeting.

Kelly started laughing hysterically, as did individuals off camera. She then announced that Fox News host Shepard Smith's program was coming up next.

She'll apologize for her own the very first time she shows some racist.......me too......

unless you think saying "how" is racist......

Thats funny stuff........pinhead 1 and pinhead 2.......opposite sides of the same coin.....

I guess we're free to call Obama the skinny black boy......

he is skinny and he is black.....

The distinction that you guys always fail to see is that there was a time in recent history where calling someone who was black "boy" was characterized by hostility & discrimination. And there are still people alive who lived through that.

That didn't happen w/ white guys...

so this is just historical justice?

that is not recent history and calling anyone boy today is not racist. only liberals like you who want to live in the past keep bringing up old sayings and trying to attribute it to modern language. you want to live in the past and ignore the present. fine...have at it. keep making excuses for racism because other people were racist decades ago.

btw...i don't see the comment as racist. stupid..yes, but not racist.

so this is just historical justice?

Justice doesn't really have much to do with it. More like historical sensitivity.

We'll get to a day when all that will have been healed, and it won't matter. But today? Sorry - still lots of folks alive from that era, and still MUCH more white on black racism than the reverse. The reaction in New England to a black hockey player ending the Bruins' season last week is plenty of evidence for that.

It's very recent history. Like I said, there are still plenty of people alive from that era.

Your deaf ear on this topic always astounds.

Why.....were they not boys ....ie, males...

Its fuckin' harlarious....it actually happened to me a few years ago......I worked with a young white girl that was married to an African American and she introduced
me to her husband and son......her son was about 6 years old and I said to him, " wow, you're quite a big boy for six years old" and the kid got huffy and
said to me, "I not a boy"........both mom and dad apologized to me realizing how ridiculous it was to bring a kid up with a chip on his shoulder at that age....for nothing.

It's all context. Certainly, to anyone alive in the 50's & 60's, the use of "boy" had extremely different connotations. It's often one of the last designations someone heard before they were lynched, for example.

Get a grip you clown......you're getting carried away with this apoligizing for everything a Democrat does ........

The women made a racist remark, pure and simple.....just like she intended....

No more racist than a white actor appearing in blackface...

Do some research on the origin of the Native American word "hau".

The women made a racist remard, pure and simple.....just like she intended....

It could be that her remard was racist. But what about her remark?

Please. Better that Greene said it, instead of me. I haven't been able to stomach Tucker Carlson since Crossfire.
