I don't know of any liberals and progressives, at least on JPP, who think racism is a non-issue. We're the ones who get called race hustlers by cons when we point it out.

You have people like Desh and leonthecat that call everybody racist just to make themselves try to look better and to 'score political points'. So the term race hustler does get used.

I think "everybody" is an exaggeration. Personally the internet opened my eyes to just how much racism really is out there.

Pretty darn close if you follow them. Desh has called Onceler, Mott and your buddy legion all racist along with every right-winger.

The internet is full of trolls. It's interesting living in a city that is 40% Chinese and working at a company where the office is over 75% Asian that not everything in this country is white and black.

But yes all people have prejudice.
 
Racism is rampant among JPP members. I call it when i see it. It is not "everyone".Those who tolerate racism in members and party are IMHO every bit as guilty as those who are overt. They are enablers.
Racists find no safety in being coy, as they have come to expect. I have no problem calling them out and I will continue to do so.
