Do tell... what is it that you actually LIKED about the movie?

The acting of Keanu?

Of Bullock?

The tremendous plot line?

How about the acting of Daniels and Hopper, the action sequences of Keanu and Bullock, the directing of de Bont, and the scripting of the film. Plot line was awesome, btw.

Lighten up. That was not an "actors" movie. It was a popcorn movie, and as a popcorn movie, it succeeded in a big way.

Lighten up? I gave my opinion on the movie and YOU stated that for its 'genre' it did great and that I was 'one of three people who didn't like it'. So do forgive me for asking you to state what genre it is that you think it 'did great' in.

The movie was a moderate box office 'hit' at best.

Since you admit it wasn't an 'actors' movie... I guess you were just thrilled about watching a bus drive around things for a while. Action wise that movie was weak.

Do take your own advice and lighten up.... next time don't get your panties in a bunch when someone states they don't like a movie that you thought was great.

The plot was so predictable, even Yurt could have predicted step by step what was going to happen.

the movie was horrid.

Hopper was decent as the mad bomber, but that was in no way enough to keep the movie from sucking.

Just my opinion.

I think you just didn't expect anyone to challenge your criticism of an action film, and now that we have, you're stuck on the short-end of an argument that you wish you hadn't opened up.

Just my opinion.

I have no problem with the fact that people disagree.... I stated my opinion... I can't help it if you are wrong.

For the record, that line is one of my all-time favorite movie quotes (which is kind of meaningless, becasue I have so many favorites). There are other Youtube videos that call it a "great movie quote," as well as videos of numerous other lines that claim to contain the absolute worst movie quotes of all-time.
