From what I read, he had congestive heart failure. That can cause all sorts of problems including difficulty breathing. Perhaps he was impoverished of the proper oxygen levels he needed to breathe properly.

Trump is worth billions and Roth died of congestive heart failure last May. One of the things associated with that is difficulty breathing, a feeling like that of drowning since the heart can't pump efficiently. Good for him.
