She merely asked a question he didn't like. Forgotten in all the furor over the "piggy" remark was his threat to have her network's (ABC) license revoked for her question.

Yep, they're like Stepford Wives or versions of The Handmaidens' Tale. Sadly, this trend is scene in many culture's around the world. All it takes is one successful generation to cower women and have them raise their daughters to be the same, and it spreads like a disease. America had it's Phyllis Schafly ... now we're seeing women silent to the chauvinistic edicts of the likes of Vance or Kirk or Johnson. Sickening.
