Yes they are.
Which "scary" beliefs has Romney brought into the race?

I'm game. Show us just one religious quote or comment he has made about Mormonism that has scared you.
I've never met a Mormon who believes God actually lives on a planet called Kolob (which isn't even what their scripture says to begin with). Most believe it is symbolic. Either way, if Obama's religion isn't an issue, why should Romney's be one?
I'd like to see that, too.
So Obama's religion has never been an issue? ROTFLMAO

Why did the Romneys live in Mexico?

He admitted that it has been an issue in Post 16, however, two wrongs do not make a right, do they?

Mormon ideals are scary-stupid. He's Mormon - and proud of it. Need more convincing? Gee that's too bad, 'cuz I sure don't.

Could you name an example of a scary belief that Romney has brought into the race?
”The Mormons are the Chosen People. And the time is now for a Mormon leader to usher in the second coming of Christ and install the political Kingdom of God in Washington, D.C.”
The instructions in my [patriarchal] blessing, which I believed came directly from Jesus, motivated me to seek a career in government and politics,”
Mitt Romney’s Mormon faith has hovered over his 20-year political career like a thick layer of incense at Easter Mass. Negative perceptions of the religion so worried his 2008 presidential team that the dilemma had its own acronym in campaign power point presentations: TMT (That Mormon Thing).
Worries persisted this year as skeptical evangelical Christians flocked to other candidates—any other candidate it seemed — causing Romney to avoid all things Mormon in public.
Mitt's great grandparents moved to a Mormon colony in Mexico in order to practice polygamy. Neither Mitt's grandfather nor father were polygamous. Do you believe this information is relevant to the election, or reflective of Mitt's character in any way?
I know sometimes posts can get lost in the muddle here...He's not brought up much since entering the race. Most likely because he doesn't want this to get out. http://www.justplainpolitics.com/showthread.php?41881-The-White-Horse-Candidate And it's not liberals Romney's afraid of. It's the Evangelicals.
Looks like it's one of those "Damned if you do, damned if you don't" situations. Regardless he should have kept his mouth shut years ago...
