House Speaker John A. Boehner, Ohio Republican, and House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, Virginia Republican, have signaled the bill is dead on arrival in the House and warned that the proposal would lead to “frivolous lawsuits” and kill jobs. Socially conservative groups have also painted the proposal as anti-family.

If any American who owns a private establishment does not want to serve anybody in his or her eating facility or give employment to someone he doesn't wish to give it too or give shelter to anyone he doesn't want to give it too, that should be his or her's constitutional right REGARDLESS of his or her's reason.
