Putin loses another top commander

It's going to take them years to rebuild their elite airborne and Spetsnaz forces, which reportedly have been decimated in Ukraine.
 
In the late 1980's when I was reading all those reports saying how incompetent the Russians were, I thought they were wishful thinking. Now I am beginning to accept the Russians have no clue how to keep their ammo dumps and commanders safe. I mean literally no idea.
