After talks with Zelenskyy and Macron, US senators warn: Putin 'is preparing for more war’​


Russian President Vladimir Putin is stalling at the peace table while preparing a new military offensive in Ukraine, two senior U.S. senators warned Sunday, arguing that the next two weeks could shape the future of a war that has already smashed cities, displaced millions and redrawn Europe’s security map.

Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham and Democratic Sen. Richard Blumenthal spoke to The Associated Press in Paris after meeting President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and touring neighborhoods shattered by what they called the worst Russian bombardments since the full-scale invasion began.

In Paris for talks with French President Emmanuel Macron — who they say is “100% aligned” with them on the war — the senators warned the window to prevent a renewed assault is closing.

Graham added: “We saw credible evidence of a summer or early fall invasion, a new offensive by Putin. ... He’s preparing for more war.”

The war between the Imperial Empire and Russia might now spread outside of Ukraine.

Wars tend to spread.....in this case that is what is wanted.....just as the Russians were baited into entering Ukraine they are now being baited to hit Europe outside of Ukraine.

We are on the glide path to nuclear WW3, where we all die, or wish we were dead.
 
its time for China to step up....I saw one report that the restrictions on sending military gear to Russia are over, but this is total war between America and its vassals and everyone else.....America demands that everyone one else submit.

Everyone else needs to understand that it is on now....I have been hearing chatter on my well curated grapevine starting about a year ago that WW3 has already begun....that now certainly looks to be true.

I was told by MAGA morons mere months ago that Trump was so intimidating, Putin would have never dared to start or expand a brutal war against Ukraine.

Putin is obviously expanding his war on Ukraine, and is laughing off Trump's pleas to call a ceasefire.

Putin thinks Trump is a laughing stock, and he is not going to be swayed by Trump calling him and begging.
