Virtually every country in South America, Caribbean, Central America voted to condemn Putin's illegal invasion of the sovereign state of Ukraine
It would be idiotic to have 141 countries sending military equipment to Ukraine; it would create logistical nightmare for the Ukranians.
So here's my thing...he says he doesn't support Putin, but if you bring up Russian Collusion, he will deny there was any.
So the dissonance is that he says he opposes Putin, but he doesn't want to say that Putin interfered in our elections to benefit Trump.

Again- the populations of the countries that DID NOT condemn Russia far outnumber those that did.
Chile sent anti-mine equipment. The rest of South America refused to send anything- even when offered modern US replacements.
Conclusion; Putin is not a pariah - outside of the US and its satellites.
