Putin ‘doesn’t care’ about sanctions because he believes Russians ‘can suffer’, says UK defense secretary.

Ray McGovern is one, I have heard others, who says that all of the Russia experts have been pushed out of Washington, and also that the Universities are not minting any more.....only warriors in the Imperial Empire war on Russia are wanted now....and they know nothing....witness sanctions.

The situation is no better in London.

You are correct. Putin has the rest of the world as fall guys for his destruction of the Russian economy. This is a fantastic situation for him. If he gets peace, things will probably be better, but he will be blamed for all that is wrong in Russia. No one wants to be blamed for all that is wrong in Russia.
